About Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct

The Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct offers accommodation and outdoor recreation and adventure activities for community, school, sporting and family groups. The precinct is located between Currimundi Beach and the mouth of the Currimundi lake.

We promote exciting, facilitated participation in outdoor recreation and have all the skills to deliver the ideal experience for you and your group.

The precinct can host a variety of functions and major events including:

Partnering with local providers, the precinct is also a hub for community with regular hirers operating a range of classes, training sessions and group activities.

Accessibility

The precinct is equipped with accessible facilities, accommodation and dining areas. Many of our activities can be modified to suit people with accessibility needs using purpose-made universal harnesses and all terrain wheelchairs to enable beach access. Our experienced instructors are trained in modifying activities to deliver experiences for people of all abilities.

We are also a registered affiliate with the Companion Card program.
